Initial task was design and integrate a new office infrastructure, and migrate existing servers over with minimum service impact. Additionally been tasked with improving security, collate all service and applications used within the company to have a central point of control. This involved new VM server setup and backup management, implement systems using AI to understand employee account usage and file access behaviour. This to improve security to manage unexpected behaviour (like login attempts from unknown locations).
As CCS was integrated with Adtran, assist with merging the IT tasks with Adtran's IT department, and then moved into the Customer Support department.
Started in Customer Support assisting customer trials and deployments. Then for a short while assist with Product Testing. Now working as Head of IT to maintain the internal networks and assist with new network design for test environments.
Started as Customer Support Teamleader providing training to customer and assist with network deployments. This also involved design of helpdesk system and processes. Also done IOT handset testing and on-site trouble shooting.
1st and 2nd line support for Alcatel/Lucent SDH equipment. Assist with call-centre for support contracts. Including dispatching engineers, logging calls and follow process for escalations and data collection.
Setup micro-wave installation team, including materials for builds, specifications and installation documents, process description. For major Dutch operator assist in micro-wave planning, this involved requesting site acquisition, upgrade existing micro-wave links.
Electrical connections for homes, installations of public lights, sport field light-installations and airport runway installations. For a Dutch operator perform site inspection and improvement of the GSM installation to comply with the quality-demands of the operator.

Stephan was a very competent engineer who was alway happy to support me in any way he could. His work was always of the highest order and completed in a timely fashion. Stephan is an extremely personable guy whom I would have no hesitation in recommending or working with in the future.
As a new team member got his excellent coaching from him. Participated in numerous training sessions held by him. Stephans's areas of expertise are mobile networks, telecommunications, IP networking and Linux.. I also know Stephan as excellent support team leader capable of managing difficult and critical customer issues.
He knows what he's doing and is man enough to admit when he doesn't. Communication with Stephan has always been quite easy for me. I really wouldn't mind having him as a colleague again.
Stephan is a very resourceful person with a broad knowledge of different techniques. He is capable of translating the customers need in a practical solution. You can rely on Stephan to help out, even in areas that are not directly his responsability.
